Client Overview:Our client is a reputable organisation seeking a French Speaking Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their finance team in Bracknell. They are known for their commitment to excellence and foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Position Overview:The Accounts Receivable Specialist will manage the accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely collection of payments and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The role requires attention to detail, fluency in both French and English, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the accounts receivable process, ensuring accurate invoicing and timely collections.
- Communicate with clients in French and English to resolve payment discrepancies and inquiries.
- Prepare and issue invoices and statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Monitor accounts for overdue payments and follow up with clients as needed.
- Maintain detailed records of all transactions and communications.
- Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile accounts and assist in month-end closing processes.
- Analyse accounts receivable ageing reports to provide insights for improved cash flow management.
- Assist in developing and implementing accounts receivable policies and procedures.
- Support other finance-related tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in French and English (written and spoken) is essential.
- Previous experience in accounts receivable or a similar finance role.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and experience with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid working environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
