London AI Hub: Marketing & Operations Associate
Through a permanent, neutral space in Farringdon, the AI Hub houses AI-native teams of all sizes as residents, consolidates the entire ecosystem within its pan-stakeholder community, and establishes a physical peer-to-peer network through an on-site events calendar.
Your role:
We're on the lookout for a driven, entrepreneurial individual to help build London's leading AI community. As a Marketing & Operations Associate, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping a forward-thinking, AI-first organisation – driving momentum, cultivating excellence, and building purpose at the intersection of technology, society, and community.
Drive content & storytelling: Create engaging content that strengthens our brand and relevance in the community.Power events: Support end-to-end event execution and craft compelling pre- and post-event materials.
Optimise & analyse: Track performance, define success metrics, and iterate on our content with a data-driven mindset and your own ideas.
Run operations: Keep our operations systems humming - from member support to space coordination and supplier management.
Build community: Be the go-to contact for our members and partners, ensuring a seamless and enriching experience.
Improve & evolve: Spot opportunities to streamline workflows and elevate how we operate and collaborate.
Requirements
Your profile:
We are looking for extraordinarily driven and capable talent with an outstanding track record. You (are):
- Have completed a Bachelor’s degree;
- Have hosted events and are passionate about tech communities;
- Have experience with common design & productivity tools such as Photoshop, Canva, Figma, Hubspot;
- Passionate about creating meaningful impact and contributing to the AI revolution and excited about the opportunity to build something and work closely with the leading AI startups, policy and investors;
- Driven by entrepreneurship and possess a growth mindset;
- Excel at multitasking, prioritising, and proactively finding creative solutions to drive results;
- Demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills, with an in-depth attention to detail;
- Based in London, and able to be in the Hub four or five days a week.
