Cleaning Manager Part Time Watford

Basic salary from £13-15 per hour + Performance Bonus + Travel Expenses.

Applicant must have: Own vehicle with a Driving license

• Build brand awareness and Marketing within the St Albans and Surrounding areas. Client visits, taking client requirements, obtain business from client that will be generated from social media and other leads.
• Assist in the recruitment and training cleaning teams for domestic and commercial cleaning.
• Matching Client requirements with appointed staff, then manage the cleaning contract accordingly.
• Measure, analyze and report progress.

• Well spoken English and the ability to communicate clearly.
• Marketing, Client Liaison and contract management.
• Staff Management and co-ordination.
• Attention to detail and continuously raise standards
• IT, Social Media skills
• Team Management: 1 year (preferred)
• Sales: 1 year (preferred)

• An experienced cleaning manager with enthusiasm, drive and resilience.
• Always putting your customer first.
• Excellent communication skills, well-structured in verbal and written communication.
• A people person, who will lead cleaning teams.
• Ability to deal effectively with change and ambiguity.
• Attention to detail.

Poppies is a 45-year-old domestic cleaning franchise network. Poppies of Watford is part of the Poppies franchise network. We are seeking a skilled individual to work alongside the franchisee to launch, run and grow this area, simultaneously growing with the business.
