Robert Half are exclusively representing a mid-market private equity firm with a search for a newly qualified ACA, to become the Fund Accountant.

This is a newly created role working with a successful and impressive Finance Director, who is growing their team out.

About:

The company are fast-growing business based in Mayfair that have just released another large funding round for investment. This is a permanent position with a flexible salary and strong benefits package.

Preferred Profile:

Newly Qualified Accountant (ACA) 2023/2024.
Either from BIG 4 or Top 10.
Strong / dynamic personality.
Ideally audited Financial Services clients. Strong preference for Private Equity.

Job Role & Responsibilities:

Fund

Ensure all financial information and reports are reviewed and accurate
Annual audited and quarterly financial statements
Co-ordination and oversight of fund flows and related investor communications
Management of fund flows on acquisition and exit of investments
Fund accounting, administration, legal, investor relations
Deal facilitation including co-ordination of internal and external parties
Liaise with external parties to ensure smooth day-to-day fund operations
Assistance with investor queries and preparation of investor materials
Oversight and management of the investor portal

Corporate

Review of monthly management accounts and annual audit
Assistance with budget preparation
Firm cash flow management
