Technical Coordinator
There is a new opportunity to work for a growing multi disciplinary construction company who have taken on some cutting edge residential projects. Since starting in 2008 they have continued to expand and they are now looking for a Technical Coordinator.
Working in a dedicated team of 5 your varied duties will include.- Managing drawing information
- Carrying out site investigations
- Discharging planning conditions
- Working with building control and the NHBC
We are looking to hear from applicants with a good understanding of the building regs and construction legislations who have a knowledge of AutoCAD. You will hold a minimum of an HNC in a relevant discipline and will need to have a valid UK driving licence.
