Hgv 1 day container driver

We are looking for a class 1 day driver to support one of our container customers.

The job:

• Location - Millbrook
• Container runs
• Day shifts.
• Morning starts. Usually between 0400-0700.
• Monday to Fridays.
• Minimum 10 hours paid per shift, no break deductions.
• £17ph Ltd. £15ph PAYE.

Pay:

• Monday to Friday = £17ph Ltd. £15ph PAYE.
• Minimum 10 hours pay per day. Paid for all hours (no break deductions).

Requirements:

• Valid HGV class 1 (CE) Driving Licence. Held for a minimum of 1 year.
• Valid driver CPC and Digital Tachograph cards.
• Minimum 6 months class 1 experience with some container experience.
• Relevant knowledge of EU driver hour rules and working time legislation.
• TAC (terminal awareness card) for Southampton docks, or happy to acquire one.
• Good communications skills.
• Over 25 for insurance purposes.
• No more than 6 points on your licence.
