Children Residential Support Worker

We are looking for caring, committed, resilient, and empathic residential childcare workers to join our team. As a Residential Childcare Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and support to children and young people in a residential care setting.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the safety, wellbeing, and development of each child in your care, helping them to achieve their individual goals and live in a nurturing, supportive environment. As a keyworker, you will work as part of a team, and provide day-to-day care, support, and guidance, while maintaining positive relationships with the children, their families, and external professionals.

Hourly Rate for Residential Care Workers is in the range of £12.50 to £15.50 Salary Range- £30,772 - £37,021 per annum (including sleepover allowance).

Experienced and Fully Qualified (HNC and SVQ 3) applicants will be on the following Pay Rate: A minimum £14 per hour, equivalent to an Annual Salary Approx : £33,890 inclusive of sleepover allowance.
