HR Officer
Salary: WAT Grade F (FTE - £29,093 - £31,586 per annum) - actual salary is dependent on mutually agreed working hours.
Contract: Part-time, permanent, Term time plus all inset days and two additional weeks (41 working weeks)
Hours: Hours to be mutually agreed (minimum 25 hours per week, max 37 hours a week)

St Augustine Academy is looking for a motivated and organised HR professional ready to take on their next challenge. We are seeking a dedicated HR Officer to join our team, playing a key role in supporting our staff and improving our HR processes.
As an essential member of the academy, you will work closely with the People Manager, providing guidance on all areas of employment law and policy matters. Key Responsibilities:- Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Provide advice and support on HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in all areas of employee relations.• Maintain accurate employee records and relevant databases.
- Support the HR and Finance department in day-to-day administrative tasks.
- CIPD qualification
- Proven experience as an HR Officer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of employment law.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office suite.
