What you'll do:
As a Commercial Finance Analyst, your role will be pivotal in supporting the business's growth through delivering timely, accurate, and insightful data, within products and services. You'll have the opportunity to understand how the business works and what makes it successful.Your work will be essential in ensuring continued success by having the right data and information at the right time. You'll need to demonstrate your ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Prepare data and Information to support and guide decision making
- Develop solutions to improve the delivery and consistency of data
- Review and audit data to ensure its correctness
- Action ad-hoc requests for data from across the business
- Provide input and support in the development, testing and implementation of new/enhanced reporting systems
- Support other members of the Decision Support Team
What you bring:
As a Commercial Finance Analyst, you bring strong analytical skills that can be applied to a wide range of commercial issues. Your advanced Excel skills will allow you to manipulate, manage, analyse, and present data effectively. You are familiar with SQL or similar programming languages and have experience with Tableau/Salesforce.Your planning, coordination, and organisational skills enable you to meet challenging deadlines. You possess good communication skills which make you effective at working with all levels across the business.
- Advanced Excel skills to manipulate, manage, analyse and present data
- Knowledge of SQL or similar programming languages is beneficial (Not essential)
- Experience with Tableau and building / using dashboards
- Strong analytical skills applicable to a broad range of commercial issues
- Planning, co-ordination and organisational skills with the ability to meet challenging deadlines
- Good communication skills – responsible for working with all levels across the business
