• Lead and inspire the team to deliver exceptional service
• Coordinate activities within the team and the center
• Develop and implement culture projects including team events and annual awards evenings
• Assist with the interview process for new hires when required all though this will be very occasionally
• Assist with administration within the team
• Monitor and report on HR metrics to report to the manager
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the team success
• Support the professional development and wellbeing of team members

The Successful Applicant

A successful Team Leader should have:

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Strong administration experience and the ability to prioritize tasks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A solutions-focused approach, with the ability to solve problems and make decisions
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

• A competitive salary range of £27,000 - £37,000 per annum
