About the Role:
- Start Date: 24th February 2025 (or earlier depending on availability)
- Position Type: Full-time with the potential to transition into a permanent position
- Salary: £31,650 - £45,646 per annum, plus SEN Allowance
To succeed in this role, you will need to:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – this is essential
- Have experience working with children with SEN, including autism, SEMH, and complex needs
- Be skilled in managing challenging behaviour and creating personalised lesson plans for small groups
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to promoting inclusivity and ensuring positive learning experiences for all students
