Tasks
  • Leadership: Provide guidance and supervision to the nursing team, ensuring efficient clinic operations.
  • Management: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training processes for new hires.
  • Compliance: Maintain adherence to protocols, regulations, and safety standards within the clinic.
  • Quality Assurance: Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance patient care.
  • Communication: Foster collaboration among team members and promote a supportive work culture
  • Stock Management and Cross Infection Control: Report to management of materials needed and maintenance of surgeries allocated
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a leadership role within a large dental clinic.
  • Registration with the General Dental Council (GDC).
  • Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and establish strong relationships across departments.
