Job overview
The job holder will provide administrative support to the Strategy and Transformation Team for Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board.
This post is fixed term/secondment for 12 months to meet the needs of the service.

Main duties of the job
To provide an efficient and effective administrative services to team members.
Log and monitor correspondence received from internal and external stakeholders and organisations.
Draft appropriate responses to various correspondence.
Provide support as required including filing, photocopying, typing.
Arrange and support the running of meetings and engagement activities as required (Face to Face and Teams), to include booking venues, note-taking, organising refreshments, making travel arrangements
Manage and maintain generic mailbox, information management and filing systems for specific areas of work ensuring that the team works within a paperless environment as far as possible.
Create and maintain contact lists as required.
Maintaining appropriate filing structures to ensure accurate record keeping.
Uploading of meeting papers, documents, briefings onto shared drives.
Maintain good working relationships with all stakeholders both internally and externally.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
