The work in this team will focus largely on Industrial Disease (asbestos & mesothelioma) and Military Claims.

You:

The successful Civil Litigation Solicitor candidate must be:

• A qualified solicitor or FILEx with up to 2 years of PQE
• Experienced dealing with a busy, claimant focused caseload
• Able to demonstrate recent and relevant experience dealing with civil litigation
• Previous experience in industrial disease or military claims would be ideal, but other areas of personal Injury and civil litigation will be considered
