A Bath-based employer of choice are actively looking to appoint a Part-Time Sales Ledger Assistant for a period of 6-12 months.
Your new role
Reporting to the Finance Manager you will be responsible for:
- Responding to email queries - internal and external
- Generating sales invoices
- Responding to in-person queries
- Reconciling accounts
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both face to face and over the phone. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, have excellent attention to detail and the ability to solve problems.
