Job Description & Responsibilities:
- To develop, monitor and review individual risk assessments, homes support plans, care plans and ensure that all actions resulting from them are followed.?
- To assist young people in dealing with behavioural, emotional, or other difficulties in line with Policy, Procedure, Supported Accommodation Standards & Regulations.?
- Knowledge of safeguarding in a children and young people’s context?
- To participate in the professional life of the home and to work as a member of the residential staff team.?
- Accurately complete all relevant records and files in accordance with Statutory requirements and home policies?
- Participate in training, attend staff meetings, and assist with home functions including administration duties.?
- Ensure the compliance of regulation frameworks the home falls within and understand OFSTED.?
