Support Worker - Supported Living

About the Role
We are currently recruiting Support Workers to join our supported living services across Sheffield. This role involves supporting both male and female individuals with a range of needs, helping them to live independently within their own homes and communities.
You will be part of a dedicated team delivering person-centred support tailored to each individual’s goals, preferences, and abilities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality, person-centred support in supported living settings
- Assist with daily living tasks such as meal preparation, and household duties
- Support individuals to access the community, attend appointments, and engage in social activities
- Promote independence, choice, and dignity at all times
- Follow and implement individual support plans
- Maintain accurate records and report any concerns
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and professionals
- Previous experience in care or support work (preferred but not essential)
- A caring, reliable, and flexible approach
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Access to a vehicle with business insurance (essential)
