- Campaign Design & Delivery: Collaborate with colleagues to design and execute marketing campaigns that meet client and the organisations objectives.
- Storytelling: Capture and share compelling stories on the impact on societal and sustainable change.
- Innovation: Deliver innovative campaigns using a mix of consumer and business-facing initiatives.
- Collaboration: Work across the organisation utilising cross-company skills to ensure campaigns align with our strategy and values.
- Budget Management: Effectively manage time and expenditure, keeping project owners informed of any changes.
- Objective Setting: Define campaign objectives and measure success against them.
- Audience Engagement: Reach and engage new audiences to expand our network of innovators.
- Knowledge Capture: Gather insights about our audiences to continually improve engagement strategies.
- Proven track record in marketing, business development, or communications campaigns.
- Experience working in media, digital, experiential, PR, culture, social, and with external agencies.
- Exceptional copywriting and project management skills.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative, and complex environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships.
- Team player with excellent relationship-building and influencing skills.
- High level of IT literacy and exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Manage marketing activities for events, from sponsorship to promotion and delivery
- Copywriting for websites, social media, newsletters, study days, workshops, and conferences
- Take ownership of social media posts to ensure publicity for events (conferences, etc)
- Manage websites, ensuring all information was present, accurate, and up to date
- Liaise with leaders of all departments to ensure consistent communication across all channels
- Monitored and reported on all marketing activities for managerial and stakeholder meetings
- Lead the charge for new software initiatives, making better use of digital platforms and systems
