This post is for a Mobile Maintenance Assistant and involves carrying out maintenance, installation, minor improvements and capital work across all trades (appropriate to skill level and training) as required throughout, NHS Community sites largely without supervision.
Assist skilled craftsperson on Installing, maintaining and repairing a wide range of electrical, mechanical and plumbing plant, equipment and services appropriate to skill level and training.
Special Requirements: Assistant to the Estates department with various task such as Fire alarm testing , flushing.Driving license , Estates and Facilities skills.
