Are you searching for a rewarding night shift role in a professional, high-security environment? We are excited to be recruiting for Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) Operators to join a growing security team.

About the Role:

As an ARC Operator, you will play a key role in monitoring and responding to various alarm types, including Intruder, Fire, Personal Attack (PA), and CCTV alerts. This is a fantastic opportunity for those who thrive in a fast-paced, call centre-style environment and enjoy problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and respond to incoming alarms, prioritising urgent incidents
• Answer and process telephone calls from customers, clients, and security teams
• Provide helpdesk support to clients and store staff
• Accurately update reports and maintain client records

About You:

• Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Office and data inputting
• Strong telephone manner with excellent communication skills
• Self-motivated, with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to manage internal and external relationships effectively
• A valid CCTV SIA licence is desirable - training available for those willing to obtain it

What’s on Offer:

• Shift Pattern: 12-hour night shifts (4 on, 4 off) - 19:00 - 07:00
• Training: Full training provided with ongoing career development
• Overtime: Available but not mandatory
• Security Checks: Candidates must pass a five-year employment reference check, a police (CRB) check, and a credit check
• Location: A driver’s licence is desirable unless you are based in Hengrove, Bishopsworth, or Whitchurch (BS14 area)
