What you will do:

• Manage and guide a team of social workers and specialist support workers committed to supporting children with disabilities.
• Oversee and coordinate child in need and child protection plans to safeguard the well-being of young individuals.
• Collaborate with families and agencies to implement effective strategies for children looked after.
• Monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure high standards of practice.
• Report and liaise with senior management on team progress and case developments.
• Lead team meetings and provide supervision to ensure that the team delivers excellent service.
