The Role:
- Operating and monitoring production machinery
- - Manual assembly and handling of components
- - Carrying out basic fault-finding and adjustments
- - Performing quality checks on finished products
- - Supporting engineers and team leaders to maintain efficient workflow
- - Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
- The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing
- - Confident using hand tools and machinery
- - Mechanically/engineering minded – quick to grasp technical tasks
- - Strong attention to detail and a good attitude towards work
- - Physically fit and comfortable with manual tasks
