**About the Role**

This opportunity is ideal for a Quantity Surveyor or Estimator with strong experience in the construction or house-building sectors.

• **Estimate Preparation** : Develop detailed cost estimates for scaffolding projects, covering labour, materials, equipment, and project timelines using Strikesoft software (training provided if needed).
• **Feasibility Assessment** : Analyse project requirements and conduct feasibility studies to ensure resource efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• **Cost Control** : Monitor project budgets to maintain alignment with estimated costs, making adjustments as needed.
• **Design Interpretation** : Review design plans and blueprints to accurately assess project scope and produce precise estimates.

• **Educational Background** : Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• **Industry Experience** : Proven track record as an Estimator or Quantity Surveyor in the construction or house-building sectors, preferably with experience in scaffolding.
• **Skills** : Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities, with excellent attention to detail.
• **Software Knowledge** : Familiarity with cost estimation software is a plus; experience with Strikesoft is advantageous (training will be provided if required).
• **Communication** : Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of collaborating with internal teams and external clients.
• **Technical Expertise** : Solid understanding of construction processes, design blueprints, and cost management principles.
