Your new company
Your new job as a Real Estate Associate Director will be working for a privately-owned Global Lloyd's Broker with offices based around the UK and Worldwide, with their head office based in the City. They have a dedicated team of over 5000 employees who pride themselves on having an entrepreneurial cultural that their clients benefit from.Due to continued successful growth within the Real Estate division, they are looking to recruit an experienced Real Estate AD to join them in a client, market-facing and team-leading role to ensure the delivery of exceptional client service across the team
Your new role
Your new role as an Associate Director will be working within an established Real Estate team providing the day to day servicing of a client's insurance programme to support retention and development of the business as well as providing support on predominantly UK and Pan-European Accounts with premiums ranging in the millions.This role
will also be responsible for man management of a team of staff as well as the management and monitoring of the day to day operational activities of the team.This role will also include reviewing and approving client reports as required and supporting and coaching the team in achieving their goals and challenge performance and contribution through regular one to one meetings.Actively seeking out and generating new revenue opportunities through new business activity and
networking events as well as build and grow a wide network of client and market contacts and serve as a role model and mentor junior staff
What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience working in Real Estate and Property as an Associate Director or Senior Account Executive handling Property Owners business will contribute to your success in securing this role. Significant experience in Real Estate insurance broking, managing European Real Estate accounts is essential.Experience of Team Leading or man management would be beneficial and the ability to support and enable the development of less experienced colleagues and direct reports
