We are looking to appoint a dynamic leader to lead Post 16 Mathematics within a leading department in a unique school. Our 6th form is large and the vast majority of students study Math at A Level with a significant proportion studying Further Mathematics too.
Your main responsibilities within this role will be:
- To support the Head of Department in further developing the quality of education at Post 16 and raising outcomes in the Mathematics Department.
- To model excellence, provide outstanding teaching to create a vibrant and distinctive culture for learning for young people
- To inspire young people to become expert Mathematicians who can apply their skills in the future in whatever field they choose to follow
