The hotel has 282 bedrooms, restaurant, bar and terrace area as well as exceptional banqueting facilities at one of London's most prestigious conference and banqueting venues, One Whitehall Place.
The Role
As Food and Beverage Supervisor you will be trusted to make sure things are right. You will be responsible for delivering high standards of guest service and ensuring all guest concerns are resolved positively.- Supervising a team of Food and Beverage Assistants
- Following all cash handling/opening/closing procedures
- Ensuring all team members are trained in line with brand standards
- Carrying out induction for new team members
- Delivering guest service
- Resolving guest issues
- Energy, personality, drive

- Ability to take ownership of your shift

- Previous experience within a Food and Beverage environment ideally at supervisory level
