A leading distribution business based in Fradley is seeking a highly capable and accomplished Payroll Administrator.
Working as part of an existing HR team you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the payroll for 700 employees, overseeing both weekly and monthly payroll runs in line with an outsourced payroll provider.
Based from Head Office – with hybrid work available – you will have ownership of this crucial business process ensuring accuracy. With the business having recently launched a new Time & Attendance system, you will maintain and monitor this to ensure all data is accurate before confirming the details of the payroll run.
The ideal candidate will also have experience of, or the desire to take ownership of HR Administrative responsibilities.
To be considered for this role you will:
Have experience of ADP or other recognised payroll systems
Be able to work autonomously and without much direction from the Head of HR
Have had experience of managing weekly and monthly payroll
