Temp to Perm opportunities for the ideal candidates

Pay Rates & Shifts as a Warehouse Operative:

DAY SHIFT RATE: (6am-2pm) from £12.45 to £20.55ph Weekends: £14.32p/h

BACK SHIFT RATE: (2pm-10pm) from £14.32 to £20.55ph Weekends: £16.19 p/h

NIGHT SHIFT: (10pm-6am) from £15.57 to £20.55ph Weekends: £17.44p/h

Fixed O/T Rate: £18.68p/h over 37.5hrs per week.

Your role as a Warehouse Operative:

• You will be working in both departments, ambient & chilled (Freezer tbc)
• Pick items using a voice activated pick system Operate LLOP (full training provided)
• Maintain and support wider team to ensure high standards of housekeeping and Health & Safety Achieve pick rate targets set for the team - 88%
• Contribute to performance and productivity targets set for staff
• Remain focused under pressure in a time-sensitive environment
