More detail about the role The CMO Team is seeking a team administrator to provide support to the Chief Medical Officer and Medical Directors (site based), Executive Support Manager and Executive Support Coordinator.
This is a varied role with wide ranging responsibilities and we are therefore seeking a candidate who is looking for an opportunity to work flexibly to meet the demands of the CMO function and has a keen interest in developing their skills. A typical day for this post holder might include; diary management, organisation of team meetings, supporting a number of high-level Trust Committees and Steering Groups, managing the CMO team inbox, updating action logs.
We are seeking an individual with strong administrative and organisational skills, a proactive and flexible nature, and excellent attention to detail. Training and development will be provided to support future development. Working Pattern: 37.5 hours per week. Interview Date: To be confirmed Pay: The salary advertised for this position reflects the Agenda for Change 2024-5 rates, inclusive of a 5.5% pay award implemented from October 2024.

If you join before this date, the pay award will be backdated to April 2024 or your start date, whichever is later. Until then, remuneration will be based on the 2023-4 pay bandings (Pay scales for 2023/24 | NHS Employers).
