Business Analyst

Your insights will directly influence the success of IT projects, making a tangible impact in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements.
• Analyze and improve current business processes through data-driven insights.
• Create clear and concise functional specifications and user stories for development teams.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure alignment among teams and stakeholders.
• Support development and testing processes, ensuring delivered solutions meet business requirements.
• Participate in the deployment of solutions and assist in user training when necessary.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to recommend improvements and innovations.

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in IT consulting.
• Strong analytical skills combined with a strategic mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Experience with requirements-gathering techniques and documentation processes.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Relevant educational background (degree in Business, IT or related field is preferred).
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools is a plus.
