Job Description
As the Senior FP&A Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial insight and supporting strategic decision-making across the business. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the group-wide budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes
- Delivering high-quality financial analysis and performance reporting for senior leadership and key stakeholders
- Business Partnering with business units to challenge assumptions and identify value-add opportunities
- Developing and enhancing FP&A processes, models, and tools to support a scalable finance function
- Supporting M&A activity, scenario planning, and ad hoc strategic projects
- Presenting financial insights and recommendations to the executive team and board
- Coaching and mentoring junior team members, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
The Successful Applicant
ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified with experience within an FP&A / Commercial Finance function.
