Position: Kitchen PorterLocation: Manchester City Centre
Salary: £24,000 per annum
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week

Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulationsAssist chefs with basic food preparation tasks, such as chopping vegetables and portioning ingredients
Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces to maintain a safe and organized workspace
Handle deliveries, unpacking and storing goods in designated areas
Support the kitchen team with ad-hoc tasks as required to ensure smooth operation during busy periods
Requirements:
Previous experience in a kitchen environment is beneficial but not essential; we welcome applicants with a strong work ethic and willingness to learnAttention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings
