Overview
We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Care Recruitment Specialist to join our compliance team. In this role you will be key to hiring the best possible professional carers and supporting them with their personal development. You will be responsible for the full 360 recruitment cycle for professional carers.
What your days will look like:
- Conducting interviews, reviewing carer files, preparing for training, training day support, and supporting carer development
- Filtering, screening, selecting suitable applications
- Ensuring all relevant pre-employment checks, prior to approving the applicants
- Using our technology stack to ensure pipeline is effectively meeting care management team and sales requirements
- Responding to candidates queries by email and/or telephone
- Organising training for successful candidates
- Accurately completing all reporting requirements within set timeframes
- Overseeing our Indeed account - spend, ensuring sales, coordination and QA requirements are met and carer/client quota is met
Requirements
What you’ll need:
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment/volume recruitment/ recruitment agency
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A sense of judgement and decision making
- Comfortable working in fast paced environment
- Ability to take ownership of own workload
- A knowledge of compliance led recruitment/volume recruitment/recruitment agency background is an advantage
Good to have:
- Experience in health care or social care industry
- A knowledge of live-in care carer recruitment process is an advantage
