B Hairdressing was one of the first salons in the southwest to introduce gender neutral price listing, our clientele know that when they come into the salon, they can be authentically themselves- no matter age, race or gender. Your working day will be full of a wide variety of colours and styles, from traditional short haircuts to longer bouncy blow drys to even applying the rainbow!
That being said the salon attracts a wide variety of clients, not every client is a mullet, we have clients in the 70’s/80‘s joining our space!

Our working weeks are lovely; not just because of our amazing clients, you will be joining a 4 day working week with weekly hours averaging 32 hours a week, every other week you’ll enjoy a lovely 4 day weekend, as you’ll only be working every other Saturday.
We find that a better work life balance works well for our team, it makes a huge difference to everyone’s well being working this way.

We often pick an activity and create a day around this, in the past we have done; open water swimming, a little day out pottering down the river on a boat ( or a yacht if you’re asking the team, wake the tiger in bristol… and many other things.
Sometimes it can be all work work work ( in the great words of Rihanna) so we find doing these days really brings us together. Its a great way as a salon owner to say thank you to the team, i hope shows them how valued they are.What we’re looking for
We really would love someone to join the team that has a similar vibe to us, we laugh and joke with each other- we work hard and genuinely care.
B Stylist‘s need to be confident in all aspects of hairdressing, this isn’t a position for someone that needs training, We need someone that can do it all from colouring to all types of cutting
The position would be full time but we would be open to part time.
