Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

This position requires someone with strong financial modeling and analysis skills, as well as experience in a manufacturing and ideally an engineering environment. The role will involve working closely with the senior leadership team to establish forecasting, budgeting, and month-end reporting cycles.

• Lead the planning and analysis function for the business
• Assist in making decisions about financial health and future business strategy
• Creation of financial statements to provide insights for appropriate decision-making
• Take ownership of profit loss and forecasting
• Coordinate month-end and quarterly forecasting
• Collaborate with finance teams across multiple sites
• Encourage and foster a positive and helpful culture, ensuring sites collaborate and work well together
• Support the Global Financial Director with the development of data strategies and delivery of core products
• Support the Global Managing Director and Finance Director in divisional OPR and forecast review meetings with Engineering executives
• Establish the forecasting, budgeting, and month-end reporting cycle

• Proven experience in a financial planning and analysis role
• Experience operating within a manufacturing and ideally an engineering environment
• Strong financial modeling and analysis skills
• Results-driven with a track record of delivering significant change projects
