You should have the ability to perform basic administrative functions and will be responsible for receiving patients and visitors attending outpatient clinics taking ownership of escalated administrative issues where appropriate. The receptionist works in close partnership with medical, nursing and secretarial staff to ensure the smooth running of the outpatients department.
