• Be a key player in helping students with special educational needs.

• Tailored support for students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), helping them overcome challenges and achieve success.
• Collaborating closely with teachers to ensure students' individual learning needs are met.
• Building strong, positive relationships with students and staff.
• Inspiring and motivating students to embrace their strengths and strive for excellence.

• A relevant qualification or degree (desirable but not essential).
• Experience working in an educational setting or similar role.
• A passion for working with diverse learning needs, with the ability to adapt and personalise teaching methods.
• An up-to-date DBS and two references are required.
