FP&A Analyst
Robert Half are currently recruiting an experienced Interim FP&A Analyst for a long standing client based in Bristol to enhance their cashflow forecasting processes.
The ideal candidate will have strong FP&A skills and extensive experience with cashflow, P&L, and balance sheet analysis. This role involves utilising and improving existing cashflow models that integrate with Power BI reports and their consolidation tool.
Duration: ASAP - End of January (3-4 months)Location: Bristol
Working pattern: Hybrid (2 days in-office per week maximum)
Day rate: Competitive dependent on experience suitability (Potential scope for role to be deemed outside)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine cashflow models for effective forecasting.
- Navigate and analyse direct and indirect cashflow forecasts, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
- Work on an effective handover to enhance the existing forecasting model and reports.
- Oversee the consolidation of financial data to integrate it into Power BI for reporting purposes.
- Work closely with finance leadership to inform and shape cashflow forecasts moving forward.
Key requirements for the role:
- Broad FP&A expertise with a strong understanding of cashflow forecasting (Direct & indirect)
- Proficient in spreadsheet modelling, with advanced Excel skills.
- Familiarity with P&L and balance sheet navigation.
- Experience creating and managing cashflow forecasts.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining effective communication with the team.
