About Our Client

Our client is a prominent player in the healthcare industry, with over 1,000 employees. They are known for their commitment to quality and innovation, and they are looking for a Finance Manager to join their team in Rugby.

• Oversee the management and coordination of all fiscal reporting activities
• Provide leadership in the development of continuous evaluation of short and long-term strategic financial objectives
• Ensure credibility of finance group by providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial trends and forecasts
• Evaluate and advise on the impact of long-range planning
• Manage processes for financial forecasting, budgets and consolidation and reporting to the Company
• Work with senior teams to grow the business, formulating strategies and plans
• Ensure compliance with the regulatory bodies
• Drive the company's financial planning

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Manager should have:

• A Qualification in Finance (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
• Proven experience as a Finance Manager or a similar role
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles
• Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations
• Proficiency in accounting software particularly Xero

• A competitive salary package in the range of £55,000 - £60,000 per annum
