Customer Service Administrator – Career Opportunity
Excellent opportunity to join our client based in Pershore, Worcestershire that supply an exciting product to businesses including high level customers. Our client is currently recruiting for a permanent Customer Service Administrator to join the team.

We are looking for someone who likes to take ownership, as this role will evolve into a senior team member, over peak times you will actively help with training and inductions and will also assist the Customer Service Manager with key customers.
Duties and TasksCustomer service -
- Handling Customer service queries via phone, email, and live chat functions.
- Placing corporate orders and liaising with corporate clients.
- Producing quotations and advising customers on products that suit.
- Taking on the role of supervisor when the customer service manager is away.
- Investigating and resolving customer complaints.
- Investigating and resolving delivery queries.
- Support with induction and training of temporary staff members.
- Supporting with workload across platforms to include Amazon, eBay and Not on The Highstreet– Data entry, amending listings and creating specifications.
- Supporting Customer service manager across other brands.
- Collating data from our sales channels and support analysing results.
- Customer Service experience, whether that's face to face (retail/hospitality) or in a customer service environment.
- Fantastic with people as this client put their customers at the heart of everything they do.
- Enjoy making decisions and connecting with people from all walks of life.
- Can easily navigate your way through multiple systems and tasks at any one time.
- Have good IT and numeracy skills.
Salary – £24k + Bonus
Hours – Monday – Friday – 9am – 5.30pm with flexibility during busy periods.
