• Provide personalised support to students with special educational needs, helping them overcome challenges and succeed in their learning.
• Work collaboratively with teachers, students and parents to create a strong support system and ensure that individual learning styles and needs are met.
• Create an inclusive classroom environment, promoting a sense of belonging and respect for all students.
• Encourage positive behaviour and guide students in adhering to school rules and expectations.
• Build meaningful relationships with students, supporting their emotional and academic development.
• Experience working with secondary school students or in a similar educational setting.
• A strong ability to adapt to and support diverse learning needs.
• An Enhanced DBS check and two professional references are required for this position (we can support with this).
