• Operate and maintain machinery
• Confirm job details before feeding the press
• Work enthusiastically to achieve production targets
• Inspect pallets after cutting and complete daily quality checklists
• Perform make-ready and preventive maintenance activities
• Maintain accurate daily records of time, materials usage and production information
• Assist with hand packing duties as needed
• Adhere to all company safety protocols, hygiene procedures and allergy management
• Report any potentially unsafe conditions issues to a supervisor
• Communicate any quality concerns or customer complaints

• A successful proven record and experience of operating machinery in a production/manufacturing background
• Experience operating Die Cutting Machinery (Bobst, Asahi etc) is desirable
• Experience with hand jacks, electric pallet jacks and forklifts (desirable)
• Excellent attention to detail and quality
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills
• A willingness to learn and adapt
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
