Customer Service

• Salary: £25000 - £32000
• Location: London - SE1
• Job Type: Full-time, office-based with shifts between 8am – 8pm (8-5, 9-6, 10-7 - changeable on a weekly basis)

This role is integral to ensuring timely delivery of our clients’ consignments. If you have a track record of excellent customer service and excel in a dynamic environment, come and grow with us.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Deliver high-quality customer service via telephone and email, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Achieve and exceed service targets.
• Schedule bookings over the phone and through online channels.
• Actively monitor orders to completion, identifying and addressing potential delays.
• Liaise with partners and their customer service teams to resolve issues and enhance the customer experience.
• Offer proactive recommendations to improve service delivery.
• Contribute to the growth of a fast-paced startup by providing exceptional service.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• A positive and resilient individual with excellent communication skills.
• An engaging personality that can connect and empathise with diverse individuals.
• A creative and resourceful problem solver with plenty of initiative.
• 2+ years of customer service experience across multiple contact channels is ideal but not essential.
• Experience with courier services and customs clearance is desirable but not essential.
