This could be the perfect time for you to join us in our Estates Department as an Estates Project Administrator.

As an Estates Project Administrator, you will provide an effective project administrative support to the Estates Project Section and wider Estates Team. You will be working with internal stakeholders to assist the Estates Team in the delivery of the Estates Strategy in line with Force Vision, Priorities and Values.

What you’ll do:

  • Provide a confidential and comprehensive service to the coordination of meetings and appointments including record keeping of minutes and actions.
  • Administration and data management of project document management systems.
  • Administration of Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) System in order to record property assets and statutory maintenance data.
  • Examine reports, highlight risk and co-ordinate responses as necessary within the team; daily management of designated mailboxes act on incoming mail as required, i.e., prioritise, anticipate action required and prepare routine responses.
  • Using 365 Microsoft software suite to produce reports, coordinate project activity updates, facilitate online meetings utilise team channels for the storing of relevant documents and oversee the authority of access for the channel’s dependant on the scope stage of the project.

What you’ll bring:

  • Evidence of the effective use of IT skills, using the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Good planning and organising skills to achieve required objectives.
  • Excellent command and comprehension of detail in data.
  • Must be able to communicate clearly, honestly & concisely both orally and in writing in a persuasive and accurate way.
  • Ability to work effectively across multi-disciplinary teams of internal and external stakeholders.

This is a permanent role subject to a six-month probationary period.
