Role Overview: The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Physics to students across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5. They will inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential, fostering a passion for the subject through engaging and innovative teaching methods.The role requires a collaborative approach, working closely with other faculty members to enhance the overall educational experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality Physics lessons to students of varying abilities.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet curriculum standards and learning objectives.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Participate in departmental meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development activities.
- Contribute to the wider school community through extracurricular activities and events.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A degree in Physics or a related field.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching certification.
- Proven experience teaching Physics at secondary school level.
- Strong knowledge of the Physics curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
