We are currently seeking a Handyperson / Caretaker to join our growing facilities team. This new role will play a pivotal part in ensuring our services operate smoothly and safely at all times, and will work across our multiple sites in the Salford area.
As part of the role, you will ensure all of our buildings and areas are safe and clean for use. You will also understand the safety and maintenance requirements of premises and be able to communicate and act effectively to ensure they are met.
You will be expected to undertake minor repairs/maintenance work and ensure company vehicles are regularly maintained and ready for use, transporting items or equipment when required. A clean UK driving licence is essential for this role.
You may also be responsible for opening and closing our buildings and assisting with preparation for activities, events and meetings.
Enhanced DBS Disclosure is required for this role.
