Salary Grade E FTE Range £32,149 - £35,241

This is an exciting opportunity to provide support to students at risk of social and educational exclusion and their families, developing strong links between the school, families and other agencies to improve educational opportunities and future life chances of pupils and to promote a positive attitude towards school.

The appointed person will play a valuable role in the school’s Safeguarding team.

The Family Liaison Officer is pivotal in fostering positive relationships between the school, students, and their families. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks aimed at promoting student attendance, engagement, and overall well-being.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who is well organised with a high level of literacy and exceptional interpersonal skills. We are looking for someone who works well under pressure, and on their own initiative.

A high level of confidentiality is required together with an approachable calm manner.

We are ideally seeking someone with previous experience of this role.
