Customer Service Advisor - Newport
***** 12 Month FTC *****
As the preferred supplier to our client, we are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor for their Swansea Depot.
Work Pattern - Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
Rate of pay - £25,000pa
As an experienced Customer Service Advisor, used to working in a busy office environment and * ideally with a relevant background in a similar role, you should have:
- A confident and professional telephone manner, backed by a strong customer focus.
- Accurate data entry/order processing skills and a good all round level of PC literacy
- A diligent and highly organised approach, coupled with plenty of initiative
- Good relationship building skills, plus the ability to work as part of a team and independently
As a Customer Service Advisor our client offers:
- Minimum 8 hours pay guaranteed per day.
