Floating Nursery Manager
Salary: Up to £34,000
As a Floating Nursery Manager, you will be responsible for providing support and leadership to multiple nurseries within our client's group. You will work closely with the nursery teams to ensure the highest standard of care and education for children, while also focusing on staff development and continuous improvement.
Qualifications- Previous experience as a Nursery Manager or similar role
- Level 3 or above in Early Years
- Proven ability to provide leadership and support to diverse teams
- Strong understanding of early childhood education and care standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively across multiple locations and with diverse teams
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements
- Commitment to promoting diversity, equality, and inclusion in the nursery environment
