Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Band 6 Occupational Therapist with experience in working with children and young people, preferably within a community setting. This role focuses on supporting young individuals with a range of physical, developmental, and sensory challenges to enhance their independence and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and provide tailored interventions for children and young people with various needs.
- Work collaboratively with families, schools, and other professionals to deliver holistic care.
- Develop and implement therapy plans to support daily activities and participation.
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to multi-disciplinary team discussions.
- HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist.
- Band 6 experience in paediatrics, ideally in a community setting.
- Strong communication and team-working skills.
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively.
